TeraDriveTM SSDs
are the new pinnacle of performance in enterprise storage. The TeraDrive is based
on the advanced new SandForceTM
SSD processor. It is designed to deliver exceptional performance, both sequentially
and randomly, over the life of the drive with no performance degradation over time.
Supporting up to 50,000 IOPS, the TeraDrive is ideal for use in database servers.
The TeraDrive features RAISETM technology
for enhanced reliability and DuraWriteTM
technology for significantly increased endurance with super low write amplification,
state-of-the-art wear leveling, bad block management, and excellent ECC with up
to 24 bits correctable per 512 byte sector. Set to revolutionize enterprise storage,
the TeraDrive is available with either MLC or SLC NAND flash, and is offered in
capacities of 50GB/100GB/200GB/400GB of FT series and 60GB/120GB/240GB/480GB of
CT series.
The TeraDrive, in addition, fully supports the compatibility of
RAID card and HBA Native SAS application and it is a perfect fit for
the storage application.
