We can deliver to your location or you can pick up at any Ma Labs locations worldwide.
What capacities are available for your flash drives?
We provide capacities ranging from 1GB to 64GB.
What kind of USB data services do you offer?
We can preload the data you provide or automatically run your data when the USB is plugged into your computer. Another service is to provide a name for the volume label. For security, we can lock certain files or encrypt your files with a password.
Do you limit the amount of data you can preload?
No but for 100MB worth of data or less, we preload your USB flash drive for free. For loading more than 100MB, please contact us for pricing.
Can you color match?
On certain products, we can match any color you provide us.
What file format do you need our art/logo in?
We prefer the encapsulated postscript (.eps) file format.
How do you add my art/logo to your USB flash drives?
We offer screen printing, photo printing and laser engraving. Screen printing is ideal for simple logos having only a few colors. If your art has many colors and has intricate detail, we recommend photo printing. For a more tactile and professional feel, we suggest engraving with a laser.
What is Graphic Proof?
After your color and artwork is received, a Graphic Proof is created. A Graphic Proof is a mock up of what the final customized product will look like. The Graphic Proof is used to collaborate and check the design before going into production.
Can you make custom shaped USB flash drives?
We can create custom shaped USB flash drives. Send us your image and we render a 3D model for you to review before production.
What USB drive accessories do you have?
We offer a variety of USB accessories including key rings, lanyards, USB extension cables, and more.
What packaging options do you provide?
We have a few packaging options we offer but we can work with you to customize a retail package for your needs.
What is your warranty period?
We provide our lifetime limited warranty on the custom USB flash drives.
