128GB has 80MB/s and your 32GB has 27Mb/s.
that is correct number.
Why?
128GB SSD has more NAND chips so that the controller can use all channels and interleave.
Your 32GB SSD has only 4 NAND chips so the controller can utilize the half of channel.
To get the max speed, 128GB is the right capacity for 8 channel and interleave.
80MB/s speed is the max out speed from ATA100.

Yes, EastWho controller uses real time garbage collection.
