STT ExpressDuo 16gb is recognized on USB 2.0 ports only

Hi,
some time ago my STT ExpressDuo stopped being recognized (not detected by any OS available- OSX, Win etc.) when attached to USB 3.0 ports.

Works fine when plugged into USB 2.0 ports.

Is there a solution to this problem?

Hello twotimer123,

This is an interesting problem you seem to be having. Are you plugging the drive in directly to USB 3.0 ports or through a hub or extra link?

If not, please submit an RMA request for your product at http://www.supertalent.com/support/rma_online.php with all the required information detailing your problem. Once approved, you should receive further instructions on how to get a working product back into your hands.

I have had similar problem. Make sure the usb connection to the computer is in far enough to make ground connection
