Ultimate FEM32GFDL Problem - it died

I bought this SSD in March from SuperBiiz and have had the same problems as others have reported with the stuttering, freezing, extremely slow performance etc. I have put up with the problems, but now the SSD has died - with less than 6 months of use as my secondary computer (meaning it did not get much use at all since it took forever to do anything on it!)

What recourse do I have? I believe this SSD is still under warranty, but I do not want it replaced with the same product.

Could it be replaced with the new Half mini PCIe GW product line?

I look forward to a reply with any information that I can use to start this warranty claim process.

I also have this drive that was a pile of junk. I thought it was just Windows until I read the forums. My drive died yesterday, the BIOS does not even recognize that there is a drive plugged in to my Dell Mini 9.

I am also interested in knowing of an upgrade program.
